6. LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

If you complete a lead generation form associated with a 7Puentes advertisement on LinkedIn, the data you enter (such as name, email address, company, and job title) will be collected through the LinkedIn platform and then transferred to 7Puentes in order to handle your inquiry or business interest. LinkedIn’s processing of that data is governed by its own privacy policy. Subsequent processing by 7Puentes is governed by this policy.

7. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for unrelated commercial purposes. We may share information, only to the extent strictly necessary, with: technology service providers acting on our behalf (web hosting, analytics, marketing platforms, and CRM), and public authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.
