When you complete a contact form on our website, a lead generation form (Lead Gen Form) on LinkedIn, or email us, we may collect: first and last name, email address, phone number, company or organization, job title or role, and any other information you choose to include in your message.

2.2. Browsing and technical data

When you visit the site, we automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, referral source, and interaction data. 6. LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

If you complete a lead generation form associated with a 7Puentes advertisement on LinkedIn, the data you enter (such as name, email address, company, and job title) will be collected through the LinkedIn platform and then transferred to 7Puentes in order to handle your inquiry or business interest. LinkedIn’s processing of that data is governed by its own privacy policy. Subsequent processing by 7Puentes is governed by this policy.

7. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for unrelated commercial purposes. We may share information, only to the extent strictly necessary, with: technology service providers acting on our behalf (web hosting, analytics, marketing platforms, and CRM), and public authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so. These providers are required to process the data in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

8. International data transfers

Some of our providers (for example, Google and LinkedIn) may store or process data on servers located outside Argentina. In such cases, we take reasonable measures to ensure that those transfers have an adequate level of protection, as provided by Act No. 25,326 and the AAIP’s regulations.
